Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period

femooi provides a 1-year limited warranty for new products purchased from femooi's official website or official stores. For purchases made through authorized resellers or distributors, please contact them directly for after-sales service.

Replacement units will continue the warranty from the original purchase date, extended by the number of days the product was out of your hands for warranty repairs.

2. Warranty Forfeiture

The warranty is void if:

a) Products are marked as “sample,” “Not for Sale,” “AS IS,” or “prototype.”

b) Products are purchased from unauthorized distributors or resellers.

c) Trade-marks, serial tags, or product stickers are removed, altered, or tampered with.

d) Products are dismantled, mishandled, improperly used, or defaced.

e) Damage results from accident, abuse, or service/modification by unauthorized persons.

f) Products are damaged due to improper working environment or operation, such as physical/electrical stress, power failure, static electricity, or using the wrong power adapter.

g) Products are damaged due to improper battery handling.

h) The warranty is non-transferable and for the original purchaser only.

3. Limitation of Damages

femooi is not responsible for extra warranties or commitments made by resellers, agents, distributors, or third parties. Obtain written documentation for any additional commitments.

Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

For Products Purchased from femooi:

a) Unwanted Products: If unopened, undamaged, and resellable, contact customer service within 30 days of purchase. Visual evidence (photos/videos) may be requested. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

b) Non-Manufacturing Defective Products: If defective upon receipt, contact us within 30 days for a full refund or replacement. Beyond 30 days and within the 1-year warranty, a replacement is available but not a refund. Visual evidence may be requested. You do not need to return the defective item; femooi covers replacement shipping costs.

For Products Purchased from Third Parties:

If your femooi product was purchased from a third-party store or vendor, contact them directly for their return and refund policy. femooi is not responsible for third-party return and refund processes.

3. Refund

For eligible refunds, the money will be returned to your payment account.
