Can the femooi Nano Meso Pro Device be used without serum?

The Nano Meso Mode must be used with the dedicated serum, but the Phototherapy Mode can be used without serum.

What age group is suitable for using the femooi Nano Meso Pro Device?

Can people with sensitive skin use the femooi Nano Meso Pro Device?

The device is suitable for all skin types. However, for sensitive skin, it is recommended to test on your hand or behind the ear before using it on your face. Start with the lowest intensity and gradually increase as your skin adapts.

Can the femooi Nano Meso Pro Device be used every day?

It is recommended not to use it more than once every two days. Using it once or twice a week is optimal, but you can adjust the frequency according to your skin’s condition.

Can the serum capsule be used multiple times?

No. Each serum capsule is for single use only. Use it immediately after opening to ensure the effectiveness of the serum ingredients.

Is slight redness of the skin normal after using the femooi Nano Meso Pro Device?

Yes, this is normal and should disappear within 24 hours. You can use a cold compress to accelerate recovery.

Is there any pain during the use of the femooi Nano Meso Pro Device?

No. The nano needle tip is less than 100 nanometers thick and shorter than 130 micrometers, which is thinner than a thousands of a hair. It can penetrate the stratum corneum without damaging the dermis. There is no pain, wounds, bleeding, or swelling during use.

At what stage of skincare should the femooi Nano Meso Pro Device be used?

Can the femooi Nano Meso Pro Device be used around the eyes?

No. The skin around the eyes is delicate. Avoid using the device near the eye area.

Who should not use the femooi Nano Meso Pro Device?

Individuals with severe skin inflammation, recent filler injections or similar treatments, psoriasis, epilepsy, allergic dermatitis, diabetes, or those who are pregnant.

Why does not the indicator light on the charging case flash after placing the device and connecting the charger?

The femooi Nano Meso Pro Device is not properly placed in the charging base.The charging cable or power plug of the femooi Nano Meso Pro Device Charging Case is not properly connected.

Why there is no response from the femooi Nano Meso Pro Device after pressing the function mode button?

  • The device is off. Please press and hold the power button for 1.5 seconds to turn it on.
  • The battery is depleted. Please charge the device.
  • The infrared sensor has not detected an object. Please use it close to your face.

Why can not I switch to other modes?

  • Ensure that the touch button and your finger are clean, and try again.
  • If switching modes is not possible during use, there may be residual serum inside the device. Let it air out in a ventilated area for one to two days before trying again.

Why can't I connect the femooi Nano Meso Pro Device to the femooi App on my phone?

  • The device is off. Please press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on. The device has not been added to your femooi Account. Activate the device in the femooi app and follow the instructions to connect via Bluetooth.
  • Bluetooth on the phone is not turned on. Please enable Bluetooth on your phone.
  • The phone is too far from the device. Move closer to connect.
  • Bluetooth permissions are not authorized in the iOS or Android system. Please grant authorization.

Why does not the femooi Nano Meso Pro Device work after installing the smart serum capsule?

  • The battery is depleted . Please charge the device.
  • The device did not properly recognize the smart serum capsule. Check for dirt between the bottom of the serum capsule and the serum capsule installation slot on the device, then reinstall the smart serum capsule correctly.
  • The infrared sensor has not detected an object. Please use it close to your face.
  • If pressed too hard, the device stops working as a protective measure. Reinstall the serum capsule.

Why does the femooi Nano Meso Pro Device start operating after recognizing the serum capsule or pressing the function mode button, even when it is not close to the skin?

  • The infrared sensor has detected another object. Ensure no other objects are within 50 cm of the device head.
  • The infrared sensor is dirty. Please clean it and try again.
  • The microprocessor has a temporary malfunction. Please restart the device.

Should the serum capsule be used all at once?

Yes, each serum capsule is for single use only. Use it immediately after opening to ensure the effectiveness of the serum ingredients.

Why is the amount of serum dispensed low after pressing?

The amount of serum dispensed is related to the pressure applied. Increase the pressure on softer areas like the cheeks, and decrease it on firmer areas like the forehead.

What are the effects of the different Phototherapy Modes?

  • Red light - Repairs skin and accelerates absorption
  • Blue light - Improves large pores and balances oil

What is the recommended duration for a single treatment?

  • It is recommended to complete each treatment in 3-5 minutes. After becoming familiar with the device, you can adjust the duration based on your usage habits.
